FAQ
Q: Can I put normal photos into the lampshade?
A: Better not! Please put translucent picture into the lampshade to insure the illumination can light up the picture. Normal photos will cover the illumination area, the highlight area around photos will make it looks very dark and it will also impact the brightness of the lamp.
Q: Can I control the brightness of the lamp by using my smart phone?
A: No! The brightness of the lamp can only adjust by touching the sensor.
Q: When I turned off the switch of the light, the Bluetooth speaker also turned off?
A: No! The switch is only for control the lamp. The Bluetooth speaker will keep running after light off. Until you cut down the connection of Bluetooth.
Q: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages.
Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for samples?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
