Front Natural Gas Dryer

Front natural gas dryer using a small-scale scroll compressor as the circulation power source, conducting isobaric closed-loop heating regeneration without the need to release pressure inside the tower, saving resources and protecting the environment, reducing the gas loss of CNG refueling stations, and truly achieving zero emissions. There is no significant pressure change during the regeneration switch, which minimizes the impact on valves and molecular sieves.

1、The porous molecular sieve solid adsorbent is used to remove water from natural gas, so as to purify gas and reduce water dew point;

2、 The front natural gas dryer is composed of molecular sieve absorption tower, pre coalescence filter separator, post dust removal filter, heat exchanger, regeneration gas air cooler, regeneration gas-liquid separator, automatic switching valve group and other components;

3、 Natural gas enters from the top of the dehydration tower and completes the Adsorption Dehydration Process in the molecular sieve dehydration tower from top to bottom;

4、 After a certain period of time, the dry gas heated to 300 ℃ is used to purge the molecular sieve bed from bottom to top. The water adsorbed by the molecular sieve is desorbed by high temperature heating, and the molecular sieve is regenerated.
